Kimmie Halwachs

SPRE Practitioner

IMG_2695_edited.png

A graduate of the SPRE Bodywork class of 2022, Kimmie calls on her eight years of working as a therapeutic licensed massage therapist for her somatic bodywork practice. Her experience of lasting chronic pain relief through SPRE confirmed her resolve to pursue the training during the postponement year following the coronavirus outbreak. She brings innate curiosity and honed instincts to the SPRE space she creates with her clients, providing a compassionate sense of humor and intuitive touch in the discovery process. Her intention in every session is to guide people through the process of demystifying persistent, uncomfortable tension and developing structural support with them to feel grounded and expansive in their lives today. Her practice is at Studio Evolve: Pilates, Gyrotonic & SPRE Bodywork in the Wallingford neighbohood of Seattle.
