Martine Dedek

Martine Dedek
Maritine has been in the bodywork field since 2000. After teaching Pilates for several years, show noticed that some physical tension patterns had an emotional aspect to them that couldn’t be addressed without deeper work. Martine turned to SPRe Bodywork, and her own experience as a client led her to pursue training as a practitioner. She now helps her clients understand the connection between body and mind by guiding them towards recognizing the emotional patterns that impact their bodies. Martine also had the pleasure of working with Sting during his last world tour with the Police in the summer of 2007 and again in 2008.
Martine lives in Seattle, WA and has private practice. She is co-owner of Studio Evolve: Pilates & Bodywork.
